This spot was used to promote the release of Sharknado 5 — yes, there are five of them, and a sixth in production at the time this was written — through a fictitious survival guide provided by Mercury Insurance. We illustrated, designed, and animated this fun little piece to feel like an instructional guidebook, which indeed suggests using severed power lines to attack an airborne killer shark, should you find yourself in that situation.
